  • "NIV Standard Lesson Quarterly."  Facilitated by Woody Winfree in Room 754.

Wednesday Night Ministries

Our Wednesday evening Bible studies have begun.  We have a wonderful dinner prepared for us by members of the church in the school gymnasium beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Classes run from September 19th through the school year from approximately 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

  • "Spiritual Disciplines."  Facilitated by Bill Corallini in Room 754.  The word "discipline" comes from the same root word as "disciple."  You might say that the whole purpose of discipline is to make disciples.  A disciplined person is someone who can do the right thing at the right time in the right way with the right spirit.  Come join Bill and learn more about being a disciplined disciple!

  • Pastor Paul Barnes will be teaching from the Book of Hebrews.  The Book of Hebrews helps us understand the New Testament from the background of the Old Testament.  The theme of the Book of Hebrews is that Jesus and His gospel is better than the way offered through the law. Jesus is Prophet, Priest, and King. The book also contains many practical instructions that will can be applied to our lives.  The class begins at 6:45 pm in Room 759 and is for men and women of all ages.

  • "Be Joyful" by Warren W. Wiersbe.  Women's study.  Learn how you can have joy even when things go wrong in life.  It is from Wiersbe's "Be" series of studies.  "Be Joyful" studies the Book of Philippians.  The class begins at 6:30 in the Fireside Room and is facilitated by Carla Steele.  Come join us and learn how to maintain that joyful attitude the Lord has given you!
